§ 12-361. Established.

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Citrus Park Municipal Service Taxing Unit as follows:
(a)

The area for the Citrus Park Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall consist of the Citrus Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book S at Page 14 of the Official Records of Marion County, Florida, as shown on addendum "A", attached to Ordinance No. 94-17 thereof.

(b)

The governing body for the Citrus Park Municipal Service Taxing Unit shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
