§ 12-369. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county office.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by the Citrus Park Municipal Service Taxing Unit to said constitutional officer. Said reimbursement, however, shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenue collected within the Citrus Park Municipal Service Taxing Unit within any twelve-month period.
