The Marion Oaks Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services is hereby established
for the purpose of providing road repairs, mowing, street lighting and incidental
services benefitting the subdivision units including improving and maintaining the
main entrance medians and main entrance waterfall, for the subdivision units described
in subsection 12-376(a). Such services may also include the establishment and maintenance of entrance
signage, plantings and aesthetic features for each of the aforementioned subdivision
units.
