§ 12-384. Reimbursement of funds for administrative assistance by county officials.

All costs and expenses incurred by the county or any constitutional officer of Marion County, Florida, in performing any of the provisions of this article shall be reimbursed by the Marion Oaks MSTU for General Services to the County or said constitutional officer.
