§ 12-431. Establishment.

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01 (1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Raven Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services (unit) as follows:
(1)

The area for the Raven Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall consist of the Raven Hill Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "S", at Page 101 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(2)

The governing body for the Raven Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall be the board of county commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
