§ 12-446. Establishment.

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01 (1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Doublegate Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services (unit) as follows:
(1)

The area for the Doublegate Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall consist of the Doublegate Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "X", at Page 012 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(2)

The governing body for the Doublegate Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for General Services shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
