§ 12-461. Established.

There is hereby established pursuant to authority of section 125.01 (1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Hickory Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Street Lighting (unit) as follows:
(1)

The area for the Hickory Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Street Lighting shall consist of the Hickory Hill Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book "G", at page 087 of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.

(2)

The governing body for the Hickory Hill Subdivision Municipal Service Taxing Unit for Street Lighting shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
