§ 12-628. Reimbursement for administration assistance.

All costs and expenses incurred by a constitutional officer of the county in performing any of the provisions of this article may be reimbursed by Silver Springs Shores Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Improvements to the constitutional officer. Reimbursement shall not exceed eight (8) percent of the revenues collected within the Silver Springs Shores Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Improvements within any twelve-month period.
