§ 12-571. Established.

There is hereby established pursuant to the authority of section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes, the Woods and Lakes Municipal Service Benefit Unit for Road Maintenance, (hereinafter referred to as the Woods and Lakes MSBU for Road Maintenance) as follows:
(a)

The area included within the boundaries of the Woods and Lakes MSBU for Road Maintenance shall consist of all properties as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and made a part hereof.

(b)

The governing body for the Woods and Lakes MSBU for Road Maintenance shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, as provided for in section 125.01(2), Florida Statutes.
