§ 14.5-41. Purpose.

It is the intent of this article to set forth the procedures and requirements necessary for Marion County to consider, express its position on, or establish community development districts. It is the further intent of this article to encourage a strong commitment to capital facilities planning, management and financing of the districts to ensure the provision of adequate capital infrastructure to service projected population growth within the district without financial or administrative burden to existing general purpose county government.
