§ 14.5-160. Establishment and name of district.

The petition for the establishment of the "Utopia of Marion Community Development District" is hereby granted and there is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of section 190.005(2), Florida Statutes, a community development district which shall be known as the "Utopia of Marion Community Development District" (the "district").
