§ 14-16. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Designated means delineated by signs or flotation devices.

Pets means all domestic or tamed animals.

Rainbow Lakes Estates Parks means those parks and public areas owned by the Rainbow Lakes Estates Municipal Service Taxing District and adjoining the Rainbow Lakes, being more specifically described as follows:

Lot 140, Block 2, Section L, Rainbow Lakes Estates, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "G", pages 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, of the public records of Marion County, Florida; Lot 225 and Lots 426 through 433, Block 2, Section L, Rainbow Lakes Estates, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book "G," pages 7, 7A, 7B, 7C of the public records of Marion County, Florida; and Lot 17 of a replat of Lots 1—93, Block 8, Section K, Rainbow Lakes Estates, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "H," page 54, of the public records of Marion County, Florida.

Vessel means watercraft of every description, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
