§ 15-46. Enforcement.

(a)

All requirements set forth in this article shall be enforced.

(b)

Where a violation has been found serious enough to be deemed critical, for example, nonposted numbers, incorrect or unapproved numbers or signage, etc., the department shall notify the Marion County Code Enforcement Department.
