§ 16-26. The franchise holder's scope of service.

Subject to the limitations contained in this article, the customer and the franchise holder shall determine the terms and conditions that shall govern their business relationship. Among other things, the customer and the franchise holder shall determine: the types of solid waste that shall be collected by the franchise holder; the frequency of the collection service; the size and types of collection containers that shall be used by the customer; and the days and times when the franchise holder shall collect the customer's solid waste.
