§ 16-30. No trespassing by franchise holder.

A franchise holder's employees shall not trespass on private property for any reason, unless the occupant or owner of the property has given prior permission. The franchise holder's employees shall follow the sidewalk for pedestrians and shall not cross a customer's property to an adjoining property, unless the occupants or owners of both properties have given their prior permission. The franchise holder's employees shall not loiter on or meddle with the property of any other person.
