§ 16-33. Employee uniforms.

Employees of the franchise holder shall wear proper attire at all times when performing services pursuant to the franchise. Proper attire shall consist of appropriate pants or shorts, a uniform or shirt with the franchise holder's name or corporate logo, and boots or similar footwear.
