§ 16-46. Appeals of director's decisions.

A franchise holder may appeal any decision or determination by the director. An appeal shall be filed in writing with the administrator, except in cases concerning the issuance of a franchise, which are governed by subsection 16-47(d), below. The administrator shall fairly consider the appeal and issue a written decision in a timely manner.
