§ 16-71. Unit created; boundaries.

The board hereby creates and establishes a municipal service benefit unit, which shall consist of all unincorporated areas of the county. The board shall constitute the governing body of the MSBU. The clerk shall be the clerk of the governing body. The MSBU may be referred to as the "Marion County MSBU for Residential Solid Waste Services."
