§ 17.5-3. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to:
(1)

Establish minimum standards for the construction, operation and customer service of cable systems in the unincorporated portions of the county;

(2)

Ensure compliance in the unincorporated portions of the county of cable operators with the Cable Act and applicable state law.
