§ 17.5-29. Cable operator's rules for conduct of business.

Cable operators may promulgate such rules, regulations, terms and conditions governing the conduct of their business as may be reasonably necessary to enable all cable operators to exercise their rights and to perform their obligations and to ensure an uninterrupted service to their subscribers; provided, however, that such rules, regulations, terms and conditions shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this article.
