§ 17.5-31. Violations of article or franchise agreement.

Notice of violation. In the event that the county believes that a cable operator has not complied with the terms of this article or its franchise agreement entered into pursuant hereto, the county administrator shall informally discuss the matter with the cable operator. If these discussions do not lead to resolution of the issue, the county administrator shall refer the violation to the Marion County Code enforcement Department.
