§ 17-91. Repeal of Ordinance No. 91-8 and Ordinance No. 97-4.

Ordinance No. 91-8, enacted by the board on March 12, 1991, and Ordinance No. 97-4, enacted by the board on February 18, 1997, are hereby repealed. Any special assessments or other charges imposed pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 91-8 and 97-4 that are unpaid on the effective date of this article shall remain due and payable and shall be subject to enforcement and collection in the manner provided herein or as heretofore provided in Ordinance Nos. 91-8 or 97-4. The priority of any lien created pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 91-8 or 97-4 are hereby preserved.
