§ 17-112. Stormwater management fund.

The board intends to fund the cost of providing services and capital facilities for stormwater management through stormwater assessments. The board has further concluded that periodic determination of revenues earned and expenses incurred in connection with the provision of services and capital facilities for stormwater management will enhance accountability and management control of the county's stormwater management program and will facilitate implementation of the board's funding policy for stormwater management. Accordingly, there shall be established a stormwater management services fund, or any other fund necessary for the purposes herein as created by subsequent resolution of the board.
