§ 19-35. County's right of revision.

The county reserves the right to establish in wastewater discharge permits or by separate agreement with the significant industrial user:
(1)

More stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the WWF, if deemed necessary to comply with any federal or state law or regulation;

(2)

Standards for substances not contained in this article;

(3)

Site specific concentrations and surcharges based upon data accepted by the county.
