§ 19-57. Wastewater discharge permit decisions.

The Administrator will evaluate the data furnished by the User and may require additional information. Within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Administrator shall issue the permit or deny the application. The Administrator shall issue the permit only if the administrator finds that the applicant has provided reasonable assurances that the discharge will be in compliance with this article.
