§ 19-66. Wastewater discharge permit reissuance.

A User with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a permit application, in accordance with this article, a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the user's existing wastewater discharge permit. Upon such timely reapplication, the existing permit shall continue in effect until the final determination is rendered on the reapplication.
