Each User must notify the Administrator of any planned significant changes to the
User's operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its
wastewater at least ten (10) days before the change. Failure to report any planned
significant changes, including flow increases of ten (10) percent or greater, or the
discharge of any previously unreported pollutants, may result in suspension or revocation
of a User's wastewater discharge permit.
