§ 19-98. Fees.

(a)

Wastewater application fee. This fee in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be charged to a User upon application for a wastewater discharge permit. This is to cover the research, inspection, and drafting of the site-specific wastewater discharge permit.

(b)

Permit minor modification fee. This fee in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be charged to a User upon application for a minor modification to the wastewater discharge permit. This is to cover the research, inspection, and drafting of the changes in the wastewater discharge permit.

The board may adopt, by resolution, additional fees for the cost of administering and enforcing this article.
