§ 19-137. Easements and rights-of-way.

As a prerequisite to the construction of any facilities proposed to be connected to the county's water and wastewater sewer system, the applicant shall agree to grant such easements or rights-of-way corresponding with the installation of the proposed facilities. Such grant or conveyance shall be in the form satisfactory to the county.
