§ 19-154. Prohibition of service extension by municipalities without an interlocal agreement.

No further municipal water and sewer services shall be extended into the unincorporated area of the county until execution of a territorial agreement by that respective municipality with the county. The county expressly recognizes the execution of such interlocal agreements with the City of Ocala and the City of Bellview.
