§ 19-277. Commercial backflow prevention program requirements.

All commercial and industrial customers connected to a public potable water system in unincorporated Marion County will be required to install backflow prevention devices according to Chapter 5 of Manual 14, which includes reduced pressure principle assembly, double check valve assembly , or an air gap . Developers are required to coordinate selection of the device with the public potable water system operator .
