Section 7 of Ord. No. 13-12, adopted May 21, 2013, repealed § 2-21, and enacted new provisions which have been set out as § 2-22. Former § 2-21 pertained to additional costs in misdemeanor cases involving unlawful use of drugs or alcohol, and derived from Ord. No. 92-46, §§ 1—4, adopted Oct. 13, 1992.
