§ 2-107. Definitions.

[As used in this division, the following words and terms shall have the meaning ascribed thereto:]

Authority means the Marion County Utility Authority.

Board means the board of county commissioners of Marion County, Florida.

Person means any individual, corporation, governmental agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association or any other legal entity.

System means facilities and property used or useful in providing utility services which may include a combination of functionally related facilities and property.

Utility services means providing water, sewer, drainage, garbage and waste disposal, and cable television services.
