§ 3-8. Possession on Rainbow River.

(a)

The possession of alcoholic beverages on Rainbow River, as defined in section 5-51 of this Code, shall be unlawful.

(b)

The provisions of this section may be enforced by any local, state or federal law enforcement officer acting within his jurisdiction.
