Ord. No. 94-20, § 6, adopted Aug. 9, 1994, repealed §§ 3-6, 3-7 which prohibited possession of alcoholic beverages in specified parks and at K.P. Hole. Current provisions prohibiting alcoholic beverages in parks may be found in § 14-6.
