§ 5-22. Penalties and enforcement.

Violations of this article are punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed sixty (60) days, or both. The provisions of this article may be enforced by any law enforcement officer acting within his or her jurisdiction.
