§ 5-41. Operation of watercraft near swimming areas.

No person shall operate any vessels, motor boats or personal watercraft, as defined in Chapter 327, Florida Statutes, within fifty (50) feet of a designated swimming area, which has been marked by duly authorized buoys or other distinguishing devices.
