§ 5-43. Designation of swimming areas.

(a)

The board of county commissioners may, by resolution, designate swimming areas, or no swimming areas, in the waters of the county.

(b)

Designated swimming areas, or no swimming areas, shall be clearly marked with buoys or other distinguishing devices.
