§ 5-54. No wake—idle speed only zone on the Rainbow River, including the K.P. Hole.

Except for designated environmentally sensitive areas, which are governed by section 5-53 above, a no wake—idle speed only zone is hereby established on the Rainbow River, including the K.P. Hole, seven (7) days a week, every week throughout the calendar year. The operation of motorboats, vessels and other watercraft at a speed greater than no wake—idle speed only upon the Rainbow River and the area known as the K.P. Hole at any time during the year shall be unlawful.
