§ 8-20. Fees.

Fees may be established by resolution of the board of county commissioners for permits, certificates, approvals and other functions performed under this code and shall be made payable to Marion County. Such fees shall accompany each application for such permit, approval, certificate or other fee-related code provision. All fees shall be collected prior to the issuance of the permits.
