§ 8-51. Prohibition of automatic dialers.

No person shall install, operate or adjust any automatic dialer that by mechanical or electronic means can initiate a telephone call and deliver a recorded message relating to a fire alarm to any telephone number assigned to the government of the county by a public telephone company.
