§ 9.3-31. Penalty.

Any person who violates any provisions of this article shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine up to but not exceeding the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
