§ 9.3-43. Establishment of program.

(a)

There is hereby created and established a local housing assistance program ("program") by the county, to be implemented and administered by the county.

(b)

The county shall implement the program, within the county, consistently with the requirements of the act. The strategies of the program, will be outlined in the county's SHIP local housing assistance plan.
