§ 9-47. Prohibitions.

No person or entity shall discharge or cause or permit the discharge of a hazardous material into the soils, air, ground water or surface water in Marion County unless the discharge is in compliance with federal, state or local law. No person or entity shall cause or permit the unauthorized discharge of a hazardous material to a septic tank or other type of on-site sewage disposal system or centralized water, sewer or stormwater drainage system in Marion County except in compliance with Federal, State or local law.
