Intent and purpose of. In order to regulate the location, height, bulk and size of buildings and other structures; the percentage of the lot, tract, or parcel which may be occupied; the size of lots, tracts or parcels, courts and green spaces; the density and distribution of population; the location and uses of land, buildings and structures for trade, industry, residential, recreation, public activities or other purposes in the unincorporated area of Marion County shall be zoned according to the subsequent sections
