§ 11-96. Penalty.

Latest version.

It shall be an offense punishable as provided in Florida Statute section 125.69 for any person:
(1)

To use, occupy, or permit any other person to use or occupy the premises in violation of an order issued by the board;

(2)

To mutilate, alter or remove a posted order of the board; or

(3)

Violate any provision of an order issued by the board.
