§ 12-1121. Purpose.

The Deer Path Estates Phase 1 and Phase 2 MSBU for Road Maintenance is hereby established for the purpose of providing road maintenance and mowing. Road maintenance shall include but not be limited to maintenance of right-of-way, drainage and road improvements.
