§ 14-11. [Carney Island Recreation and Conservation Area dedicated.]

  • As set forth in the map of the master site plan update for Carney Island Recreation and Conservation Area, attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein by reference, which shows existing and commission approved active and passive recreation areas, as well as a cultural site for the historic Ma Barker house and supporting facilities and amenities, the County hereby dedicates the Carney Island Recreation and Conservation Area, in its entirety, as an outdoor recreation, conservation, and cultural area for the use and benefit of the general public, the land described in attached Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
