§ 16-32. Employee identification.

The franchise holder shall furnish each employee with an appropriate means of identifying him or her as an employee of the franchise holder (e.g., a uniform or shirt with a name tag and company logo). The franchise holder's employees shall wear the identification at all times while on duty. The director has the right to approve the identification furnished by the franchise holder.
