§ 17.5-2. Scope.

This chapter is enacted under the home rule power of the county for the purpose of providing regulations and minimum standards for the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of cable systems within the unincorporated boundaries of Marion County. This chapter is enacted in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the county.
